Actual Scale of the 1/24th F&F Escort?

I was looking at the Jada F&F Escort at Walmart. It is listed as 1/24th but it appears larger. Has anyone scaled it out? I'm guessing it's closer to 1/22nd? I really like that generation of the Escort, but I want one that is accurate. In fact most of Jada's products seem oversize. Is that correct?

If you want an accurate 1/24 mk1 escort the belkits rally car is your best bet. I think jada and maisto just guess at the scale as I have a 1/24 maisto cuda that is half as big again compared to the revell kit

JADA is BAD about box scale.....I ordered the FnF Honda S200.....1/20 scale or bigger!!!!! Argggg.....

In a way I'm glad to hear that. I was beginning to doubt my ability to judge scales! LOL

I always ASSUME JADA stuff is way oversize--at least 1/22 if not bigger. 

I've seen they have a '69 Dodge Daytona Charger listed. Would like to see that in person sometime. If they shrank it to get it in their standard box, it might actually be somewhere in the ballpark of 1/24-1/25.
