Thanks Scott. I did the bends using a lighter about 4 inches away from the rod. It only takes a second or two. Then I just lay it on the bench and bend by hand. Some of the bends we're done without heat at all. This is just a basic roll cage. No skill or talent involved.

Made quite a bit of progress lately. Got the hatch area finished up. Made a battery box and I cut up a decal I had and rearranged the letters to make a fictional brand name for the roll cage.

Finished making and installed the intercooler.

Today I got the window surrounds painted and the lights all painted and installed.

At this point the hood and front and rear window glass is just sitting in place.

Next up is to finish detailing and install the seats, dash and door panels.

Thanks Scott. Yeah, I believe that I am not going with the graphics. At this rate I should be able to get this one done by the end of this week. That will be completion #4 for the year!

Well, this morning I had a change of plans. I changed the vinyl portions of the interior to black. I think it suits it better, plus gives the idea that part of the interior, such as the carpeting  and rear seat has been stripped.

Just need to make the harnesses and install the seats and door panels.

Thanks Ismael. I need to find a new decal for my roll bar. I noticed Friday afternoon that it was gone. Must have rubbed off when I had it upside down working on the wheels. That's what I get for not sealing it.

Well, I need to set this one aside for a week or so. I just ordered a set of PE 5 pt harnesses for the seats. They are supposed to be in on Friday. More updates then.

Got my PE harness set in today. Something tells me that it is going to be a LONG night.

The first step took me just over 10 min. I showed this next picture to my wife and asked her what the red thing was. "A carrot?" was her response.

No. The red thing  is the end of a toothpick! And I have three more to make to finish step 1!! Then I have to put two ends of the ribbon through each one.... Back to the madness.

It has been extremely busy for me, both at work and at home this last week. I managed to get the interior completed today. I installed the seats and painted the white and red lights on the interior door panels. Just need to clean the windshield a bit, glue the body on to the chassis, and install the rear glass and the exhaust tips. Should be able to wrap this up tomorrow.
