The reason I ask is I scored a MPC Dick Landy Challenger and don't like the MPC chassis, AMT looks like it may fit ,just have to make some tubs for the back.

Not to mention that the AMT Challenger (an otherwise mediocre kit) has a Dana 60 already , and separate exhaust , separate driveshaft , etc.

D here you. Cut out the cowl from the 73 body. Removed inner fenders and assembled engine on the recent Amt issue. Aslo had to trim down 4 tabs on the chassis to allow the interior tub to fit in correctly

My personal opinion. I would convert the Revell Cuda chassis before I used the AMT chassis

I'm considering combing one of my Mpc Cuda annuals with the Revell kit too

Bingo!  I was thinking that myself.  This should be the most advanced one!

I tried it under an original MPC 1970 and its gonna take some work but very doable.......plus its far superior over the original AND the AMT challenger chassis
