Aoshima 89 RX-7

I just finished this one this morning. This makes my 4th finished project for 2019! Link to the build thread here. 

I added a front air dam and rear diffuser, Aoshima Parts kit seats with PE seat harnesses, roll cage, Aoshima Racing Hart 19 inch wheels, and a few scratch-built pats in the hatch area. I removed the rear seat and hatch area interior to resemble a stripped out interior for lighter weight. I also removed the grille and scratch-built an intercooler.

Thanks guys! It was a fun build and being an Aoshima kit it went together without any glitches.

The details in the hatch are killer. It’s cool to see more people building Aoshima kits. They go together great and don’t take long to build while still detailing up great.

Thanks Chris. I found some photos online of a 1:1 that I used as reference for the details in the hatch.

I have enjoyed the Aoshima kits. They really do go together well. I've got a few more for future builds.
