Rick Hanmore displayed this one at the Liars Show this past Saturday.  I think it was Modelhaus? Not mentioned on the card.

Tom, that's nice ...though the blue one is a 1958...

I know but that's a start!  I'm not sure if same caster did both years.  Even if it's Modelhaus, watch eBay.  People's collections come up for sale all the time. A vendor at the Liars show this past weekend had a whole mess of vintage resin from an estate.

Somebody was selling a '58 Pontiac wagon in resin on eBay within the last couple years; four-door of course.

Maybe the Pontiac sedan delivery is what Greg Wann's friend is working on, using the roof from the Flintstone Chevy?

In answer to your question about the origin of Rick Hanmore' s '57 sedan delivery,it is definitely crime Modelhaus. Don is only making these until the mold becomes unusable then there will not be anymore. He is not going to recast it. Better order now while it's available if you're wanting one.

Modelhaus got their start reproducing parts for promotional models for the Zettermans who are in the business of selling promos. Don was an engineer and his wife Carol was a nurse prior to them both committing them selves full time to their business. Don told me that he quit trying to keep track how many hours he was working at the Modelhaus when he put in 18 hours two days in a row. That's the kind of dedication they had to their craft. After approx 30 years of that level of effort it was time to dial it back and put some fun back into the hobby again. You will not find nicer people than them:)
