I made these deflectors out of thin sheet aluminum. I drew them off and cut them out with scissors. I rolled any waviness out with my round hobby knife handle and then I used my hobby knife handle to roll the curve in them. This is the third set. The other two sets went into the reject pile. These last ones aren't perfect, but I'm pretty satisfied with them. Thanks again!
