Legendary New York mobster, 'Deep Throat' producer, dead at 103

Legendary New York mobster John “Sonny” Franzese, the former underboss of the Colombo crime family, has died at 103, according to TMZ.

He was an old Greenpoint, Brooklyn goombah from Union Avenue.

For good or bad, it's about the death of a notable person. "Notable" has nothing to do with one's character, just that a person was in the public eye. Sonny Franzese certainly was.
