Harder to find than the stock version as the Stalker was issued only once, but not too valuable.  If you like it, go ahead and build it.

I found a sealed one for a decent price. It's part of a lot of 4 different models. Just wondering , not sure if I'm gonna scoop it up

I've had this kit before, it's nothing unusual. The only parts different are the front seats, wheels, engine intake and that large "schnozz" on the front end.

If I recall, it was part of a series of cars that Monogram offered as custom versions of their regular street cars back in the late 70s. The others that I recall in the series were the:

Custom Firebird Street Machine.

I don't see a huge outcry for this series to be reissued, in fact, most of the time the custom parts are discarded and the rest of the cars are used for restoring regular kits. The only exception would be the Jimmy/Blazer which many of us would love to see come back!

My thought is, get it and build it if you like it. Or you might offer to trade it to someone here. But don't expect to retire on it's rarity.

Other unique parts in the kit were the hood, a roll bar, rear fender flares and a radar detector.

The wheels are the same wires as the ones in the Monogram Miami Vice Daytona kit. The odd looking front end is actually kind of a cross between what the IMSA and IROC race cars were using on Camaros at the time.
