I found aluminum tubing for stacks for my rig models. I want to try to keep to scale and my math skills are not that great. What size tubing will I need to emulate 5” straight stacks and keep to scale? Thanks Mike

This is very simple grade-school level math.  If the pipe diameter in 1:1 is 5" then divide it by 24 or 25 (depending on the scale of your model).  So, 5 / 25 = 0.2" in 1:25 scale. Or 5 / 24 = 0.208" in 1:24 scale.  There probably isn't a 0.2" diameter tubing available, so pick the next closest size.

Five inches in 1/25 scale is pretty close to 5 millimeters.  Try going metric and no conversion is necessary.  Just use a metric ruler.  Your stack would be 5 millimeters in diameter.
