jdhog Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 (edited) I'm working on this old Corvette. I can't get the stock kit wheels to fit the provided tires the way I want them to. The wheel backs are also too thick. I'm thinking about doing something drastic. I'll offer my apologies to the Corvette purists in advance. Edited June 9, 2020 by jdhog Typo
jdhog Posted June 9, 2020 Author Posted June 9, 2020 Yeah, I can't make myself use the later model wheels.
Lowlife ! ! Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 Sometimes you gotta try these things ! Maybe use the later wheels, and engine , and interior parts ? Drastic is cool ! ?

64Comet404 Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 For some reason, the C4 wheels suit the C4 Vette, but I haven’t seen many other cars that look good with them. Mind you, there is a 1:1 ‘59 Plodge in my area with the wheels and drivetrain, and it doesn’t look that bad!
