D.A.A.M. show for November 2020 is cancelled

The Detroit Area Auto Modelers show scheduled for November 2020 has been cancelled because of the pandemic. The college where we stage our show is holding no events for at least the rest of the year. Crossed fingers that our Spring 2021 show happens.

bummer sorry to hear it was really hoping it might happen, haven't been to any shows since it started, no fairs, no woodward, no R/C fly events, just no fun

Nothing yet other than we're optimistic that it will happen sometime in late March at our usual location. Our spring  model show contest is the judged contest.

I’ll keep an eye out!  Is there a standard list of categories and classes, or is that to follow also?

When( if) our show cards are printed there will be the classes listed there. And I'm sure we'll post the card on our Facebook page.

Fingers crossed for spring...........that should also  mean we are making  progress and this darn virus is going away by then.

I sure hope the spring show can happen. I was wondering how November was looking, so I checked this area of the forum. Disappointed, but not surprised. Understandable that you’d have to cancel.
