Why has the EDIT Button been removed???????

Very confusing to me as to why there is no option to edit post/threads. I wanted to make some changes not and there is no 'edit' button. How long has it been missing? Very frustrating, I have to say.

I miss that feature too. Hopefully with all the forum software upgrades (that increase security), they the moderators will re-enable that feature someday.
