Just kidding - LOL Thanks for the comment Dave. I liked silver for this car, kind of gives it a "timeless" feel, as the first generation Chargers were dated over night as soon as the fresh new '68's were introduced. And no, I'm not "Joe the Plumber", I'm Bill the Plumber, the one that shows up at your house 2 hours late! LOL
VictorSmalls Posted November 8, 2008 Posted November 8, 2008 WOW Bill. That truly is some amazing foil work. Looking forward to seeing more of this one.
Fisher61 Posted November 10, 2008 Author Posted November 10, 2008 Finally sat down and finished the interior this weekend. Thanks for looking!
Harry P. Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 Very cool! The first generation Chargers have always been my favorite... you're doing a fantastic job!
MADmodelDOCTOR Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 Great build ! The black interior is awesome.
The Creative Explorer Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 Very cool! The first generation Chargers have always been my favorite... you're doing a fantastic job! Especially with a Hemi
MrObsessive Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 Nice and clean as usual Bill! That interior is lookin' extra sharp! Everyone seems to worship the '68-'70 cars (I like them alot as well) but this first gen model seems to be the ugly stepchild, as they don't get as much praise for whatever reason. I think the styling still looks sharp today, and Chrysler could learn a thing or two today from their own past eras in how to style a car!
Harry P. Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 The 66 and 67 looked the same on the outside, but the 66 has that really cool interior with the full-length console and 4 bucket seats.
cruz Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 I actually loved the body design for this year.....

Thanks for the comments guys ! And thanks for the picture harry, just brought up a detail I never noticed before, the courtesy light on the c-pillar.
Harry P. Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 Lots of photos here (scoll to the bottom): http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cars-Trucks...A1%7C240%3A1318
Fisher61 Posted November 20, 2008 Author Posted November 20, 2008 I got a little more done on this build, glass is installed and engine is completed. Thanks for looking !
Fisher61 Posted November 21, 2008 Author Posted November 21, 2008 Got a lot done last night, body and chassis are now one. This kit has the best fitting chassis of any I've done to date, fits like a glove with no trimming at all. Thanks for looking.
Raul_Perez Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Excellent detail work!! Very authentic!! Thanks for sharing,
