Hemmings June 2009 - Frank Schaeffer

When I was at my mechanic the other day, saw this article in Hemmings June 2009 issue, about Frank Schaeffer.  He likes to weather his models, which is right up my alley.  Looks like he does commission work too.  He prefers the bigger scales:
