Rebuilding a Shelby Cobra

This is another Cobra I had donated to me by fellow member ewetwo . Thanks . This one was not really too bad and just needed a little redo . I mainly wanted to repaint and do some minor repairs . First step after taking it apart was to strip the body . I don’t know what the heck the builder used for paint but it would not strip and even sanding was not going to work . Got it as smooth as I could I primed it and painted it with Bronze paint . Now I am adding decals and to be honest I will use some of them to hide some imperfections .

Looking good Ray. I agree. I have the hardest time stripping black paint.
