This is the Tamiya Nissan 350Z  built box stock as a painting exercise.  There is no engine, just the bottom half built into the chassis.  Everything on the bottom half is one piece which makes it a painting challenge.  The body is painted with tru-color "chromit black pearl" and  Tamiya clear.  The rest of the paints are Tamiya acrylics.  The driver side window had a large crack in the top half so I cut it out to look like the window was rolled down halfway.   Like all Tamiya kits it went together very well.

Great looking paint work. Very cleanly detailed. You might want to check the Tires as they are a directional design tread. The drivers rear looks correct.

Whoops, you are 100% correct David!  I obviously didn't pay attention when I installed the tires.  Good catch, I will have to change them, thanks.
