youpey Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 I was kooking through my prior builds and i found my Peugeot 206 rally had yellowing of the clear part of the decal. Unfortunately i didnt clearcoat the decals when i built it Any help is greatly appreciated
cobraman Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 I had heard that if you tape the decal sheet to a window that gets a lot of sunlight that it will get rid of the yellow. I tried it once and it did not work so I don't know. Maybe I did not leave it long enough ?

youpey Posted January 28, 2021 Author Posted January 28, 2021 The decal in question is already on the model
Snake45 Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 It might or might not help to set the model in a window where it can be hit by sunlight. I've "bleached" unused decals this way many times, but have never tried it on applied ones.
