Captain Tom that many of us in the uk were cheering on for his 100 lap charity walk has sadly passed at the age of 100. He served the country during ww2 and back in march last year he raised £33 million pounds for nhs charities. May he rest in peace. A trully inspirational and humble man, you've earned your rest Sir

Hugely inspiring man. 99 years old when he did his walk, and still trying to make a difference in the world. And he did.

I saw a short bit about this man on our local and national news on the TV last night.

I saw it on the news. He was an inspiration instead of sitting he was doing what he could for humanity....  God blessed this man..
