Scott Colmer Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 (edited) It's been a while since I updated this project. I have been working steady on it, but there have been a LOT of parts to make. The engineering is a blast, but time consuming. Transaxle and parts. Carbon fiber leaf, push bar, lever action shocks, and other bits. Hosted on Fotki Aluminum steering wheel with nurled handles and thumb shifters. Hosted on Fotki Hinge for canopy. This will probably get reworked. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Caps on brake and clutch fluid jars and welds on water and fuel tanks. That worm thing is a practice weld. It took a while to get the technique down. Hosted on Fotki Here is the link to the entire build. Lots of pics. http://public.fotki.com/Scottcolmer/the-ti...enge/page5.html Scott Edited November 30, 2008 by Scott Colmer

Bernard Kron Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 Scott: Such a beautiful car. I went to your Fotki of the build and it was real inspiration - a testament to the scratchbuilder's art. I'll be following this one avidly and learning all the way.

E St. Kruiser50 Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 (edited) Amazing design and talent This is one of the things I love about this forum. So many new talented builders, with such great imagination and skills.. Something here for nearly every taste. For me personally, since I joined here a year ago, I have learned so much, and have expanded my styles of building quite a bit. "OLD DOGS" can learn new tricks Thanks everyone. And thanks Scott for sharing you're beautiful work - dave Edited December 9, 2008 by Treehugger Dave
