That is a very handsome car, I wonder why Standard Triumph didn’t take it up as a main stream offering? Probably would have clashed with the Triumph Roadster.

That was a fun quiz.  I instantly recognized the body as a Triumph, but the hard top took a bit more research.  It is a good looking car.

I never liked TR2s and 3s at all. The tail is still terrible, the front end is a bit like a streamlined tractor but the doors and the hardtop on the Franchorchamps make it much more acceptable. Nice face, shame about the engine...
