Some cool stuff from the local Cars & Coffee this morning - some highlights below and more pics here.  
 

We had tornado warnings yesterday and a straight week of thunderstorms so not a HUGE turnout, but still some cool old stuff, and a bunch of modern tuner stuff with wheels that look like they rub the wheel arches ?

Is that third pic a Lancer? Whatever it is, that's the only car you posted that I'm not digging. I even kind of like that blue Golf with the goofy wheel fitment.

I think so!  I’m more about the classics myself too, but it was an eye catcher anyway - and I liked this little air intake scoop thing that they’d made at least:

Another one of these today…really enjoying having a car meet every few weeks that’s a few minutes drive from our house!

Funny thing - I saw a bunch of maybe 15 or 16 year old kits walking up to that purple hot rod in the last pic above and one kid says "WOAH!! That's beautiful!" and the other one says "Dude, I want one of those when I get my permit!" and another pulls his phone out to take a photo and I thought "That's really cool, these younger guys being into hot rods too!"

Turned out they were talking about the black Nissan parked next to it ???

It’s Cars & Cawfee season again!  It was a busy one too…some cool stuff to see…more pics here, for anyone curious…

I recognise that green jetta in your first batch of pics, its one of the top vw show cars from about 10 years ago and there a lot of mods under that stockish body. I have numerous features on it.
