Brutalform Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 Does anyone know of a caster that might have this type of BB Mopar intake available? Been searching everywhere to no avail.
Muncie Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 The closest that you may find is the intake manifold from a 1980's, 1990's Monogram NASCAR Chevrolet. Similar port spacing and manifold runner shape in scale. it would take a little carving to make a valley cover look this good but shouldn't be too difficult.
Dodge Driver Posted July 22, 2021 Posted July 22, 2021 Forward Resin on Ebay has these items. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Resin-1-24-Single-4-barrel-Mopar-Big-Block-Intake-Manifolds-Two-Air-Cleaners-/265115617390?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0
Brutalform Posted July 24, 2021 Author Posted July 24, 2021 Thanks Steve, and Frank. I ordered that set from Forward. Not very tall looking. After cleaning up between the runners, and adding a spacer between the intake flanges and heads, it should sit a bit higher. 1
Brutalform Posted July 30, 2021 Author Posted July 30, 2021 I got the Forward Resin set, and it’s a very nicely done casting. Just not what I’m looking for. Will definitely use it on a future build. I found this engine on BNL Resins site. This is exactly what I was looking for. It seems no one but BNL really makes this type of intake, AND valve cover. Seems everyone casts a hemi cover, but not so much for a max effort non hemi BB.
DannyDodge Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 ron olsen has what you need, but his website is down untill November apparently, you might be able to get it on his shapeways store, ive never looked on there tho.

Ron's site only has printable files, not printed products.
