After being cancelled last year for obvious reasons, the local vintage club had a small show a couple of weekends ago. The numbers were much lower than usual but since it was organised at the last minute the turnout wasn't too bad. There were a few visitors cars that just happened to be in the area on holidays who were invited to join in.

There are more pics of the cars here tractors here and motorbikes here . The extra pics at the links have front and rear views and a few detail pics. If you need to know what each of them are feel free to ask and I'll try and answer for the cars and tractors but I wont be able to help with anything on the bikes.

There was an aston martin club visiting also but they turned up only to say the other cars weren't worth enough for them to waste their time so I refused to waste my time taking pics of their cars.

Those classic Minis are excellent... (especially the purple one!)

I really like the white car with the "400" graphics and the racing lamps. What would it be?

Its an opel manta 400, belkits do a kit of the rally car it is a tribute to. They're much more available in europe than the uk and use a 2 litre engine.

The purple mini belongs to the guy i sat next in tech drawing and its got an mg metro turbo engine tuned to 180hp. needless to say it goes like stink

Thank you for sharing your photos. Wide verity for vehicles displayed. Many body styles that aren't seen here and interesting that the Tractors  and the small engines were also on display.

The small engines all came out of older farms, and were used for electricity and powering farm equipment before mains electric happened. It might surprise some people how many still get used to power threshing machines on the islands that combined harvesters are too big for the boat on. Hard work but sometimes theres just not an option to do it any other way
