cobraman Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 Started with the kit shown . Something different . I really just wanted to chop the top but I got too happy and cut too much so…. I just removed the entire thing . Paint is Tamiya Metallic Orange over Tamiya white primer . Clear is Duplicolor 1K. Wheels and tires are from the Revell Ford F 150 Lightning . Parts box grill and sheet plastic front spoiler. Chassis is a bit Mickey Mouse due to the way I decided to lower it .
Spottedlaurel Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 That's worked out well, looks fun. Reminds me of the beach cars I've seen when on holiday in France. I've got a couple to do someday, one Hasegawa and the other by Fujimi. I'm thinking one will have to go low.
cobraman Posted February 13, 2022 Author Posted February 13, 2022 I should have put this in the truck section. If someone would be kind enough to move it.
happy grumpy Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 Nice little thing. Great color choice. It reminds me of the ford Bronco. Nice and clean build.?
cobraman Posted February 14, 2022 Author Posted February 14, 2022 Thank you Mario. Just a little weird change of pace.
