Making .020” half round

It’s not really rocket science.? I need some .020” half round for a project, but it seems that .030” is the smallest that both Evergreen and Plastruct offer. So…..I just dragged some .020” round across a sharp file under my finger. I put a sharpie mark on it so as to keep it oriented the same side up for the first few passes. I kept checking it with a micrometer until I was satisfied with the profile.?

Excellent idea! I'll use exactly this, the next time I need that size. It's frustrating that neither mfr. makes it!
