Evil Appetite Posted June 14, 2022 Posted June 14, 2022 (edited) Is this warped? There’s a slight curve as you can see but I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be edit; here is a slightly better picture Edited June 14, 2022 by Evil Appetite
Xingu Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 Put the chassis under it and see if it is any better. Sometimes, that helps straighten it up a tiny bit. Won't fix it, but it might make it look good enough to use. 1
Evil Appetite Posted June 15, 2022 Author Posted June 15, 2022 That occurred to me a while ago. I’ll take a look when i get back home. If it doesn’t look any better I’ll warm it up with a hair dryer a little bit then let it cool off. See how it looks after the chassis is removed.
Mopar maniac 74 Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 Stick the grill in it hood on it then see what you have. If I recall radiator support and firewall also fit snug against fenders so maybe insert those also. Been a while since I built that one.
Oldcarfan27 Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 I was going to suggest the firewall and inner fenders too. With those in place, it can't stay bent!
