Is this warped? There’s a slight curve as you can see but I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be

Looks warped to me.

Put the chassis under it and see if it is any better. Sometimes, that helps straighten it up a tiny bit. Won't fix it, but it might make it look good enough to use.

That occurred to me a while ago. I’ll take a look when i get back home. If it doesn’t look any better I’ll warm it up with a hair dryer a little bit then let it cool off. See how it looks after the chassis is removed.

Stick the grill in it hood on it then see what you have.  If I recall radiator support and firewall also fit snug against fenders so maybe insert those also.  Been a while since I built that one.

I was going to suggest the firewall and inner fenders too.

With those in place, it can't stay bent!
