Intercooler piping?

What are some tips and tricks people use to make piping for intercooler?  I tried using heated styrene but it always deforms.  Any suggestions?

Are you trying to use styrene tube?

You'll have much better luck with rod.

People also use solder, or heavy gauge copper wire, but the diameter of those is usually too small for 1/25-1/24.

Or stick some soft wire inside the tubing.

I'll try the wire method, when I used styrene rod, it tends to cool way to fast and repeated heating causes the material to flatten in some portions.

If you touch a sharp bend with any solvent cement, it will instantly crack unless you heat it to take the stress out.
