Time for another Cobra build . These Fujimi kits are not one of my favorites . Engines are lacking and are other problems . But , I had a couple so I just grabbed one . Going to model it after a photo I found on line . Body was primed and painted with Testors Star Spangled Blue . Still needs stripes and clear . I may try the decals but normally like to paint the stripes . I was out of Tamiya white but I have it ordered . May just wait for the paint as I have other stuff I can do.

I prefer the Revell kit . Much better IMO

I believe the Fujumi kit was based on a “newer” CSX4000 Series chassis with a lot of the modern upgrades so there are differences from an original 1960s 427 Cobra.

i didn't   know you liked Cobra models ...HA  HA .          Fantasy  build ?    the 96  car  is a   289  Comp  car.   i'm  sure i'm  telling you something you already know.  now the 98   from Cobra  caravan would make a cool  looking build.

Painting the stripes on this one did not go well so it went for a swim. In the mean time I started the Essex Wire Cobra. This one is now back on track sands the stripes.
