I am preparing to do a batch build of '65 and '66 Pontiac full size cars. I would like to determine if any photoetch emblems are or have been available for these cars. I would like to know if I have to remove or keep the molded in emblems prior to painting.

Model Car Garage has a few PE sets for Pontiacs, most geared to GTO's.  There is no particular set I am aware that would mate to the mid-60's big Pontiacs. Nor have I have seen decal sets either that might have the script.

Thanks Gerry. I have no issue making custom decals. The problem is I cannot print silver.

The latest issue of the Bonneville has 2 full sets of outside emblems and scripts and 3 sets of dash details on the decal sheet.

You can check it out here on hpiguys build video.

Thank you so much for that! I just got the Bonne kit yesterday and have not even looked at the decal sheet yet. That gives me a running head start. I did peruse MCG photoetch sets. There are a few bits and pieces scattered amongst all the GTO frets available. While I was on the website, I sent them an email suggesting they could make one set for the 3 AMT kits. We shall see if they reply.

They won't.
