It would be If Revell consistently printed that black frit area on the inside surfaces of the windows, but on the C7R, for instance, they printed it on the outside.

A nice flat black.

In that instance, I woulda rather just done it myself.

Makes sense, Chuck.  I realize there isn't much of a difference between both scales, but I just wish there was one consistent scale, especially for domestic autos.

Use a Sharpie marker, on the inside of the window. Maybe use a flexible ruler from Staples to help.

Use the Chisel tip Sharpie , its wider and makes it easier than then using the normal tip Sharpie .

What constitutes skill level 3 at Revell these days?   Most importantly, does the current Revell definition of skill level 3 typically include a complete, standalone engine/powertrain?   TB

Up to 100 parts if I remember correctly.

Personally I'm ecstatic that they are making the C8 in 1/24.  That is my preferred scale. At 1/25  the kits start taking on toy like appearances. and its harder to make in scale looking details and modifications.

The difference between 1/24 vs 1/25 is that big? Really?

Especially when you consider how much that kits can vary from the stated scale, and Revell Germany has released the same kit as both 1/25 and 1/24.
