1970 Trans Am Rivals

Last 2 builds of 2022

Revell 1970 Mustang Boss 302 built as the Bud Moore Trans Am race car.

Doors and trunk opened, wheel arches bulged, engine rebuilt with scratch built induction, roll gage added, fuel cell and trunk detail added, R & M Minilite wheels, decals from 5 sources, and custom Tamiya paint and trim.

AMT 1970 ½ full bumper Camaro Z28 built as Jim Hall Trans Am race car.

They are awesome gives me something to aim for with my Camaro build.

 

Is there a build thread I can have a ready through as want to work out best way to do my cars roll cage and opening doors without either interfering.

 

Roll cages look too scale to what rod did  you use?

These two cars represent a lot of work on your part. They came out very nice, a good representation of the actual cars,  nice job all around.
