40th anniversary of this monster...

Paint is Model Masters two-part Lacquer Daytona Yellow with a couple coats of Model Masters Ultra Gloss Clearcoat

The little photetch script is from Performance Detail Products (don't know if the company exists any longer). I've had it for about 15 years...just waiting for this model.

Putting the chassis in the body was scary, had to do a major bend job on the chassis to get it to fit...did invision things flying off or worse, snap in half.

not the best photos...having a struggle with this camera to take decent close ups

enjoy

Beautiful build! I still think they should squared off the tops of the wheel wells on the new one, it just looks more aggresive, to me.It shoulda looked more like yours!

Gotta say a s huge Camaro fan this is an awesome build. As a builder of five 69 Camaros myself I do whole heartedly agree about chassis to body issues. Good looking car by the way.........

Gotta love those Camaros. I am still pondering on if I should put decals on mine. Great job Curt

Clay, the kit decals went down really nice...a nice surprize :D

I think Revell's decals are getting better - go for it!
