2023 BRGB salvage Kenworth K100 kit

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone!! For this topic I’m going to build this rescue junkyard cab for the AMT KW100. The cab has some work rear panel has been replaced, aerodyne front roof window angle has been fixed. Cab lower panel is resin  cast by my me.

The interior will be a mix of Amt and Revell interior. The chassis and front axle is from the AMT KW123, suspension is from the Revell KW900 rear rims are resin.

 Thanks

Interesting, I've never heard this before. How did it need fixing? Is the Revell version any better do you know? Going to be an interesting job.

Sorry I may not explaining very well myself.

I bought a junkyard lot a while ago and decided to fix 2 of the AMT  KW cabs first.  Been this cab that I’m  using the worse of the two. I  slowly was fixing the cab, but still need some TLC. For your question about which is the better the Revell KW100 is a little challenging for me since is a multi parts. I have one cab with all the interior WIP and a new one in the box. Here is some pictures of what I try to explaining of the AMT cab that I’m fixing

Thanks for your comment

Very nice! I've got only one K100, the VIT from Revell!

Built it 1986. Even won a contest with it that time!

Here's some pics:

Do you have to “Highjack” everyone’s thread???? These guys work countless hours on there builds and it’s so disrespectful to post your build's on there thread after all the progress they have worked so hard on   . It takes away from what they have accomplished. Please go start your on threads. Thanks
