Really sharp looking - I'm glad to see the tooling for this kit has held up over the years.

That Nato Black is one of my favorites for general chassis work.

Tidy looking little barrels. Will they be visible once the model's finished?

I don't know what I'm going to do with them. Like originally planned I ended up gluing the back door shut, as I don't particularly care for the hinges.

I think I maybe now I wish I had spent more time on them so I could have left it open. I may come up with a way to display them around it afterwards...

It's cuz I'm a gluten for punishment...

The hardest part for me is figuring out the color(s)... The most exciting part is painting the body... Since everything I do paint wise is outside, I tend to paint a lot and then play catch up as the year progresses.

I'm sure they won't go to waste.

Got the decals added to the barrels. I chose to put them on top instead of the side... They settled quite nicely

Then got the bits added to the body

And that is where we stand until everything is dry again... The next update will be the end of the road for this one.

Stay tuned...

Saw a couple of them in half and use them as stands under the tires on one side and over a mirror to show off the under side of your show car. All you need to make it perfect is  Southern Comfort or Jack Daniels decals and some cases of bottles to display with it.??
