Talking of racing Jaguars, I am now partly on my way to do acquire what's needed for Lightweight E-type build. The wheels are white metal from a maker in the UK but the key was finding a roof it is now reality thanks to Gary McNutt (Gramps). Many thanks to you Gary. On the lookout for a convertible E-type kit (that should be easy) and I will have the basics to build a LW

I just checked the Gunze Jag Roadster kit and it includes a clear top molded with the windows.  No engine though.

Thanks Gary. At least the Gunze is molded in white. Other options may be Heller or Revell but I think they are both molded in dark green...
