Attention Resin Castrs, heres yur chance to make sumpthin I might even buy ! It's not the same ole BLA BLA I see at every show and I might even consider it should it ever become available , Ya listening JODY???? Ed Shaver

It's 1/24 scale?????? Jada usually makes stuff in 1/32 scale from what i've seen.

I was just thinking it looks a little small to me too. I'm around the real thing several times a day and one of those foreign jobs shouldn't look as big as a full size Chevy van on the back of it. At 1/2 inch equals a foot or 1mm (IIRC) equals a foot, how long is the bed in 1/1 feet?

16ft 9"inches long by 7ft 0"inch Wide by a 1/24 scale ruler

17ft 6"inches long by 7ft 6"inch Wide by a 1/25 scale ruler

Bed does seem small for a Medium Duty Flatbed.

I have a 1/24th International (give or take an inch)

I'll get a side by side pic in a few minutes.

a member brought one to the dmcc meet friday. it looks great. several of our Mr. Micrometers said it was very close to 1/25th. the guy said he paid way more than 25 bucks for it though...

Here goes the scale thingie I was talkin about in my other post! Does International make 2 different cab configurations? The lil dude really looked like he matched BOTH cabs pretty good. Who's right? I have a few D&G trucks in my collection, and THEY looked pretty well to scale with my Chevy, Ford,an Dodge pick ups! ;)

Sorry, but scale is important to me as I use this stuff for "interaction" with other models and it needs to be at least reasonably close to the correct size.

The cab should be the same whether a 4400 or a 7400, its the undercarriage, springs and such that make the difference. We have several 7400s at work and the DG looks more accurate compared to the figure. I'm 6'3 and I can't see into the cab standing on the ground. It's too bad because the Jada one looks like it is better detailed.
