Not Tamiya, but to get that exact color use Krylon semi-flat black spray. also works well for vinyl tops. one can will last quite awhile.

More of a gray than black but has a nice smooth finish with little to no shine. I used Tamiya TS-66 Lin Gray. This is one of their military colors and they many others. Hope this will help.
