Here's my finished Ecto custom wagon.

Its a Cherry Brandy Red with Cherry Black panels outlined in glitter pink strips, shaped like wood paneling.
Blacked out all the chrome parts.
Cut out the B pillar to make it al 4 door hardtop.
Cut a huge Panoramic sunroof in the roof. With a vinyl side back roof cover.
Cut 2 Ecto tubs to make a 2 bench 6 passenger interior. All withe with black inserts with glitter pink outline stips. Custom steering wheel, and a center console cut to fit from a 49 Merc kit.
Cut the stock grille centers out and added a new and better one.
Cut the rear wheel skirts off.
Topped off with some huge 26" wheels. Paintee to match the car.
This whole car was built with last minute ideas as I just couldn't figure out what to do with it.

I understand this isnit for everyone. And that's OK.

Well it certainly would grab my attention if rolling down the street! Love the folding fabric top.

Cool modifications.  How did you make the headlights look like lEDs?

I used the 1 MM chrome pin to make halo's style headlights.

Unusual indeed! You raise suspicions about your smoking habits. LOL. Trying to keep up with your daughter on those Pink Cadillacs? Very creative.

I built this last year. And about that smoking habit. Im just high on life.
