I built this as a curbside ( no opening hood ) the 3-d printed body had a hard plastic so I didn’t want to mess with cutting the hood out. The whole interior , chassis , and wheels / tires from grumpy’ s Vega . I made all the windows from 0.10 clear stock . The paint is testors. Decals are from various slixx sheets . I made the window net from a window screen repair kit. This was so simple and fun to create, and it looks great on the shelf. Until next time thanks for looking ?, Mike 1EC2C383-03A4-437C-890A-FDDEFD7F27CF.thumb.jpeg.df6ede245b7aac965c24bd4f8f3b2a38.jpeg95FD5C44-242A-4A1D-BA29-F7FD83D7B099.thumb.jpeg.72b31122e0a06cad575a8372686bc488.jpeg4839497D-C00C-40F5-80D7-B75CCCA4E507.thumb.jpeg.21bb9ea71f7f85bf172596af34c72b43.jpegD0415E2E-DE62-4C8B-A91B-508186BC1645.thumb.jpeg.edde46f9a9337d555a3a3ddd071753a2.jpegCBF2DEBF-E2C7-4F82-9635-3C290FC01B97.thumb.jpeg.ed9093a54e992ef26f486b94ced5ff57.jpeg15A77834-9BAB-48B7-9EEB-91F66498E15C.thumb.jpeg.9d2647ceee22958a8971b1768a6ca668.jpeg4ACD8DFE-41A6-42FE-B725-BB709C227096.thumb.jpeg.7b217f1d3369bfc7ef8ec33334fa8b49.jpeg

Love the old school Drag cars.  I saw Sox & Martin at the drag strip a couple time.  Nice build.

Pretty cool build but what happened to the drive shaft and oil pan??

The drive shaft got short when I had to cut the chassis in half to lengthen the wheel base. I just haven’t gotten around to fixing it. As for the oil pan the engine is just thrown together from junk parts as it’s just a curbside build. Thanks for the good words, Mike

I got to meet clean ronnie when he was racing that pro mod 64 comet which I would love to build a model of. He was a really nice guy always a clean act
