I don’t recall seeing a dump bed like that, at least in Pa.

Yes it was originally issued back in 1994...the box reads 1:24th scale but it's like all other Revell Germany Kenworth W900 kits, and most of their other US truck kits, 1:25th scale.
This kit is based on their W900 tractor kit from 1992 and they were allways marked 1:25th scale and it's covered here

That style of dump bed seems to be found more on the west coast of Canada.

There’s several of them around here in North Carolina.
