My brother surprised me by painting our car 2 weeks ago. (I live 180 miles away)

We been getting together 1 weekend a month on work on the car. He not only had it painted it was color sanded and buffed out.

we also painted the firewall, dash, back panel black, and black gravel gard under the entire body.

Started putting some new and rebuilt parts back on the firewall

Here are a few more of the parts and then tucking the body away. Next 3 weeks we will be reinstalling the body unto the frame

Absolutely beautiful ! I am speechless as to what to say next as that is one incredible looking El Camino. The paint job is flawless and that will be one nice ride when done.

Keep updating us with progress pix and I can't wait to see it all done.

Thanks for sharing.

Nice work guys! Looks stunning! I would like to do a rebuild like this, as I also have an El Camino. Maybe some day..... I've seen your progress pics, great restoration.
