I heard about this last week when they announced it at Barrett Jackson.This was a short article on the race.It’s gonna be insane…

F1® IS COMING TO LAS VEGAS 
NOVEMBER 16-18, 2023

Formula 1® will light up the sports and entertainment capital of the world on November 16-18, 2023, for an unforgettable race cutting right through the neon heart of the city on the Las Vegas Strip.

Heh.... and tire marks all over the strip. Curious to where the pit stop would be located. Maybe inside the casino with a maximum of one pull on the slots? LOLOLOL

There are already three races in the US, and I think this number is sufficient at the moment.

Sure…but we don’t HAVE to keep racing in Florida, Texas and Vegas every year.

Swap out Florida for a different city every year - there’s plenty of places to choose from!  

I drove a Mercedes F1 simulator in NY that had a proposed NYC track running around the bottom of Central Park South and thru Times Square - that would be a spectacle that would give Vegas a run for it’s money for sure

I want to see a proper street course like singapore used to be and new york would fit. If they went somewhere interesting i might watch more as it seems to be lacking something now. I used to get up and watch every race live but now i rarely even look at the results. Or make it run as normal until just before the start then flip a coin to decide if it is fastest on pole or slowest on pole. They are supposed to be the best drivers in the world so make them have to actually race instead of advertising house priced watches
