Moebius Mini Announcement - Revised Hubcaps

Coming soon to a Moebius Models Truck kit near you!  These will be showing up in a future release, but wanted to let you guys know that they are in the pipeline.

Better late than never, IMO, these really should be offered as a "parts pack" for all the loyal customers who purchased every Moebius '67-'72 F 100 kit that did not include the correct F 100 "hubcap".

True, the '68-'69 grills were out of proportion, but the early issue hubcaps were not an out of proportion issue, they were completely the wrong design for a F 100. There is a silver lining in every cloud. They inadvertently gave up an early '67 F 250 hubcap in most F 100 kits. This cap fit the carryover 8 lug 16" rim. Would be nice if the 3d printer people do the pre '67 8 lug rim. Red and white F 250,  shows early 250 hubcap. Beige F 250 shows later '67 and on F 250 cap, which we finally got correct in the '68 F 250 kit and '72 F 250 4x4 kit. Last photo shows the correct '67-'72 F 100 hubcap that should have been in the original '69 kit.

If down the line you're considering a parts pack tow - utility body maybe you can include this, 4x4 goodies, and to wrap it up, a large decal sheet with all kinds of business graphics, like Luc's towing or HVAC service ?

While it's unlikely that we'll have full packaged "parts packs" to show up in retail stores, we will have certain bits and pieces up on the Pegasus Hobbies web store soon.  No real packaging, just plain jane parts in a bag.

Been a few years since, I've visited the store,maybe you can chip in for a plane ticket, LOL!

 

Oops, Webstore! that's a game changer, tho wouldn't mind a trip to CA ?

Hope the F 100 hubcaps are part of the "bits and pieces".
