I used the amt/ertl 91 firebird gta kit with the yellow painted gta on the box which I got in a trade from a friend I modified a random rear window that was in model car glass parts bin and used a thin piece of styrene sheet to fill in the trunk area on the body I decided to do the t-tops as removable roof panels instead of glass panels I sanded off the gta lettering and emblems I also replaced the radio and climate control unit with a touch screen infotainment screen and also replaced the factory stock steering wheel with a knight rider gull wing one and added a knight rider upper console console and did a rim swap with a set of spare turbocast with bowling ball hub caps I added a red Trans am name plate decal to the nose and painted the body and the bowling ball hub caps rust-oleum metallic black night metallic and I painted the interior pan rust-oleum satin French beige and hand painted the interior roof and the interior side of the t-tops with applebarrel beachcomber beige acrylic paint

Nice!!!! Your imagination is something else! When it comes to building you have no fear of making and accomplishing your concepts!

What is that color? I see it's black with multi colored flake. I'd love to see it in the sun. I think I need a can of that!!!

Oh Yeah! Now that's what I'm talkin about. I see so many warnings against using Rust-Oleum on model builds. Do you use a special primer?

thank you
i use rust-oleum 2x primers  and i am surprised by that people say not use rust-oleum  exspecially cause they also own and make the both types  testors brand paints the spray paint and the small glass jar paints
i never been a fan of krylon  spray paints except there small can short cuts brand spray paint
i mainly only use rust-oleum spray paints and primers and spray clear coats  and testors extreme lacquer and tamiya for plastic spray paints
