Is There An Ebay Expert Around?

Does anyone know if eBay has a translate function? I've found a few vendors that have interesting stuff, but they are in German, Italian, or French. I can kind of plod through Italian, and maybe a little in French, but not enough. I thought there used to be a way to translate, but if there is, it's in one of those languages.

Some browsers automatically translate text on web-pages (It might be Chrome). My browser doesn't.
