I believe the lighting F-150 is the same as well besides the "lightning" options. The red version here is original release i think 91, and the 2nd box art was released in 95 with that new box. From memory, AMT did several F Series kits in the early 90s, releasing them in several variants. The Lightning was based on the shortbox tooling, with Lightning specific parts added. AMT also released the promo version as a snap kit. There was also a short bed flareside version. There may have been others, but that's all I can remember.
