Looks really good Im building the same model - got a lot of inspiration from your build. How did you paint the wood on the center console? Thank You. Yours is coming along nice too. For the wood in the console I lightly mixed Tamiya flat brown and flat earth and brushed it on. Tried to grab both colors together but separately if that makes any sense.

Amazing job! Edited February 23, 2024 by Musclecarbuilder

Moparman18064 Posted February 23, 2024 Posted February 23, 2024 Loving it. I had a chance to buy one same color combo 440/ auto back in high school for $500( blown engine). I kick myself over and over. Looks fantastic throughout.
nickfzr61 Posted February 24, 2024 Author Posted February 24, 2024 (edited) I know what you mean. Back in the early 80’s I passed on a 64 convertible vette in very nice condition for 5 grand and in the late 80’s a chassis up restored big block 70 SS Chevelle red with black stripes and red interior for $12,000.00. I wish that I knew what I know now. When I was younger. Edited February 24, 2024 by nickfzr61
