mrindy77
This is my rendition of Dan Gurney's 1967 Spa Winner. It is the SMTS kit in 1/43 scale. I used MCW lacquer paint, Gurney metallic. It is a fiddley kit that requires careful attention to the fitment of the suspension components. I created new decals on the ALPS printer and added a mesh screen over fuel injection. Other metal bits were carefully polished using the dremel and a wire wheel. Heat stains on the exhaust were done using Tamiya clear yellow, orange, red and blue.
