2whl Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 (edited) Just crossed the finish line. MFH 1/12 Tyrrell 006. Modified to the German GP version. I wanted this version because I attended the race while stationed in Germany Edited April 12, 2024 by 2whl 4
Pierre Rivard Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 Wow Paul, amazing build. Looks 1/1. The MFH kits come with an amazing level of detail but you need an expert to assemble one the way you did. I really miss Formula 1 of that era. Today's cars are big and all look the same. Whoever can figure out the better floor edge winglet design will dominate...
IanH Posted April 13, 2024 Posted April 13, 2024 That looks stunning! For interests sake they have this Tyrrel on display about 20 minutes drive from me at the Franschhoek Motor Museum, not the exact year/version as yours, but I thought I'd share it anyway.
Rich Chernosky Posted April 14, 2024 Posted April 14, 2024 Very nice build Paul...would luv to see what you did with that engine and rear suspension.

1959scudetto Posted April 15, 2024 Posted April 15, 2024 Excellent - a truly fantastic model - the F1 cars of the 60's and 70's had character and each one had a different look - superb !
Randy D Posted April 16, 2024 Posted April 16, 2024 Just gorgeous Paul !!!!! Love the motor shots, thank you for adding those. Randy 1
