Jason Rothgeb
The joy of laquer was made clear to me once again this weekend. Why? I had an outdoor laquer painting festival. I got two bodies, an engine, and a couple of seats painted thanks to the quick drying nature of laquer and a big assist by the drying power of direct sunlight on a dry (low humidity) autumn day. Every time I use enamel anymore I wonder to myself "How did I live like this?"

Scale-Master
I can't remember the last enamel paint job I did... That's not from the lacquer fumes right...?
Zoom Zoom
Ismael, those bottles look much too...full  Now if they could make lacquers spray as nice and smooth and glossy as enamels without eating modern plastics....
Mr. Can Am Garage
Yeah so am I LOL I can't remember the last enamel paint job I did... I still do the occasional bit of work with enamel. Remember the Packard Jeff? Plain old Testors gloss brown enamel on the fenders and running boards.
Jeff Johnston
Yes I do John and it looked every bit as good as any lacquer paint job I've seen. My problem is that I am not that good at enamels LOL I think it has to do with my lack of patience on the drying time HAHAHA...(oh and the orange peel I get lol) Your Packlard is beautiful. Post pics for everyone to see..it is a wonderful color combo and soooo shiny !!
ismaelg
Ismael, those bottles look much too...full  That's where the lacquerholic part comes from. Those 14 bottles in the first picture came in the same box by mail on Tuesday (my order plus a few samples Leon sent) ...
